SB14 HFA Hornbuckle 3-12 #1 [amendment to SB14 HFIN AM 3-10 #1]

            Delegate Hornbuckle moves to amend the amendment on page 40, section 7, line 7, after the words “charter school.” by inserting the following sentence: “The three parents selected shall represent the demographics of the area where the school is being proposed, proportionally representing the children of the local area by parental income, ethnicity and residence location.”
